The Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC) is now hiring candidates under the sports quota. An official announcement regarding the application form came through an advertisement.

The recruitment aims to fill under various levels- 5/4/3/2/1 as follows:
- Level 5/4: 5 (vacancies)
- Level 3/2: 16
- Level 1: 41
- Total: 62 vacancies
The salary distributions will be done according to their level.
Age Limit & Educational Qualification Needed for RRC Recruitment 2024
Candidates whose age is above 25 & below 18 years are not invited.
- Level – 5/4: Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in any field from a reputed and known university.
- Level – 3/2: Applicants must have completed their 12th grade or an equivalent exam from a known board, or have completed matriculation and an Act Apprenticeship course, or have completed matriculation and hold an ITI certificate approved by NCVT/SCVT.
- Level – 1: Candidates should have cleared the 10th exam, or have an ITI certificate, an equivalent qualification, or a National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) issued by NCVT.
Selection Process RRC Recruitment 2024
- Trial Phase: Candidates undergo a trial to evaluate game skills, physical fitness, and the coach’s observations.
- Assessment Criteria: Candidates must score 25 or more out of 40 marks to be considered fit.
- Next Stage: Only candidates who are confirmed fit will proceed to the next stage of recruitment.
- Not Fit: Candidates marked as “Not Fit” by the Trial Committee are terminated from participating in any further selection round.
